Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Listing details you submit: the URL, title, description, category, and tags. All of this is public by design, because a public board is the product.
• Your email, if you claim a listing: stored so we know who holds that listing, and used to send one-time authentication codes. Codes are stored only as a secure hash and expire within minutes.
• Payment references: our licensed payment gateway processes the payment. We receive an order ID, a payment transaction ID, and the amount. We never see or store your credit/debit card number, UPI PIN, CVV, or netbanking credentials.
• Technical logs: IP address and user agent, kept for security, abuse prevention, and rate limiting.
• Counters: aggregate visit and outbound click counts. These are totals, not individual tracking or behavioral profiles.

What we do not do

• No advertising trackers, no third-party ad pixels, and no data brokers.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.
• We do not build behavioural profiles or run retargeting campaigns.

Who else is involved

• A licensed Indian/global payment gateway (such as Cashfree, Razorpay, or Stripe) for card, UPI, and netbanking transactions, under its own privacy policy.
• A transactional email delivery provider to deliver authentication and confirmation emails.
• Secure cloud server infrastructure to host listing data and ensure continuous uptime.

How long we keep it

• Listings and their bid history: retained while the board exists, since a public ledger of who paid what is the point.
• One-time codes: temporary, expiring after ten minutes.
• Server logs: approximately 30 days.
• Payment records: as long as tax, accounting, and financial laws require.

Your rights

Write to info@outxbid.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have your email removed. We reply within 30 days. Removing an email releases any claim it holds; a paid listing's public bid record remains, because the board is a factual record of payments made.

Children

The Service is designed for businesses, creators, and professionals, and is not directed at anyone under 18.
